Usage is unlimited with floating weeks- 397 weeks remaining! RTU expires in 2034. All maintenance fees are prepaid; you only pay the all-inclusive fee when visiting the resort.
The home resort is Palace Resort at Moon Palace Golf and Spa, but you may use ownership as multi-destination (can go to ANY Palace Resort). Ownership includes: express check-in; access to 3 weeks per year at Sun Palace with a governor\\\'s suite; access to priority room assignment with ocean view; up to 20% discount on spa packages; massage, manicure and pedicure per guest every stay; 5% commission on travel services that you use; includes 2 tours; 50 rounds of golf at any course all year at 50% off; up to 20% off any equipment rental. With the Plus Program, the owner receives 1,500 resort credits, 300 credits can be used for extra spa usage, and the rest can be used for any upgrade or more tours!
