Located on a beautiful white-sand beach, the *Royal Sands Cancun* resort is conveniently located close to two major shopping malls. Each villa has a kitchen, daily maid service, and a balcony with views of the Caribbean. Amenities include a spa and gourmet restaurants with a nightclub featuring entertainment and live music for dancing. Swimming pools with swim-up pool bars and finger-food menu items. Tennis court, bicycles, volleyball, sailboats, and snorkel gear are free. Two golf courses and a marina are nearby. There is also a special golf program. A social activities program is offered to guests, and day-trips are available. A shuttle bus service links all five Royal Resorts. Each Villa Owner is provided with their own personal Concierge. *RCI Gold Crown Rated / Interval International Premier Resort* Featuring a finely appointed 2 bedroom, 2 bath villa that will accommodate 6 guests comfortably. Usage is annual in week 19. RTU until 2050. If one week is just not enough for your family retreat - I have annual week 20 (SMTN Listing ID 2383545) in the same Villa (C5208) available for purchase. If you're looking for more time (or more options to exchange) then both weeks may be purchased at a reduced package deal. Each villa has a lock-off (suite side has main floor plan with full kitchen/balcony and the "B" side has one bedroom with kitchenette and small balcony).
Additionally, I own Annual weeks 17 (SMTN Listing ID 2383546) and 18 (SMTN Listing ID 2383547) Penthouse Suite (F440) in beautiful Playa del Carmen, in the heart of the Mayan Riviera on a pristine, white-sand beach, *Royal Haciendas*. Again, package deals of multi-purchases are available.
Additionally, I own Annual weeks 17 (SMTN Listing ID 2383546) and 18 (SMTN Listing ID 2383547) Penthouse Suite (F440) in beautiful Playa del Carmen, in the heart of the Mayan Riviera on a pristine, white-sand beach, * Royal Haciendas*. Again, package deals of multi- purchases are available. Their staff and services are exceptional. They also have their own security guards patrolling the resort and beach 24 hours a day, every day.
