*RCI Gold Crown Resort* Your beautiful 1 bedroom, 1 bath suite will accommodate 4 guests comfortably. Usage is annual in a floating week during red season, and there is an optional bonus week available each year. You also get 20% golf course discount. Ownership is a right-to-use contract that has a RTU expiration date of 2110. Maintenance fees are paid to date, and all reasonable offers will be considered.
