*RCI Gold Crown Resort* Featuring finely appointed floating accommodations. Biennial odd usage is based on points, with 168,000 points every other year included in sale. Points can be used at this scenic resort or any resort in the Wyndham network. Maintenance fees are paid every odd year. You can "borrow" points from your "point" year to book a vacation the previous year which is not your point year. For example, you can borrow points from 2025 to use in "2024" as long as you book something within 3 months of the borrow date. This allows you to travel in an even year if you wish.
