This contract includes 20 rental weeks to use until 2032 at any of the 3 resorts near Puerto Vallarta. Marival Emotions: Large resort, family oriented, studio to 3 bedrooms available - includes 14 free nights annually in a studio room, daily all inclusive fee required. Marival Residences: Upscale smaller resort with well appointed 1-3 bedroom condos; private beach; 4 restaurants; 4 star food and beverages; all inclusive fee mandatory. Rancho Banderas is in Punta Mita: Oceanfront condos, various sizes; shared amenities with their newest resort, "Armony". All inclusive fee optional. Room charge is fixed at all 3 resorts until 2032 and based on size and location of unit(s) requested. Daily all inclusive fees are required and based on season. Reservations can be made up to one year in advance. Includes gold membership with 36 points per year, which carry over one year to 70,000. Maintenance fee paid annually.
