*RCI Silver Crown Rated / Interval International Premier Resort* Featuring a finely appointed 1 bedroom, 1 bath suite that will accommodate 4 guests comfortably. Usage is biannual with 2 floating, red season weeks each year. RTU until 2031. Renovation fees are paid once every 5 years (currently $827). Maintenance fees are only paid if you book a week (currently $940). Weeks can be used at the other Mayan Palace locations as well.
