*Summit at Massanutten* is a wonderful 4-season resort set in 6000 acres of woodland on the side of a mountain in Virginia's Shenandoah Valley! The facilities are outstanding, including for golf, mini-golf, mountain biking, skiing, a ski-school, tubing, fishing, arts, and crafts, 2 outdoor swimming pools and one indoors in the huge recreation canter with its basketball and racquetball courts and full gym, a go-cart track, extensive hiking trails, tennis courts, and children’s play equipment. There are 2 restaurants and a mini grocery/convenience store on site. Minutes out the gates are the best Water Park on the East coast, as well as horseback riding stables and a petting zoo, and one can get transported to the local river to canoe down it and be picked up downstream There are many live music and antique festivals in the summer. *RCI Gold Crown Resort* Featuring a finely appointed 4 bedroom, 4 bath unit that will accommodate 12 guests comfortably. On each floor, sleeping 6, the master bedroom has a king bed and ensuite bathroom. The twin-bedded room uses the bathroom with the large whirlpool spa (accommodating 4). There is a balcony for barbecuing and a full kitchen. Usage is annual in a floating, red season week. Maintenance fees are paid every year.
