*RCI & Interval International Affiliated Resort* Featuring a finely appointed 2 bedroom, 1 bath individual cottage in a campground setting that will accommodate 6 guests comfortably. This unique fractional usage has 3 annual floating deeded weeks; one is a red week or high season and two are low season. Additionally, you are able to reserve an extra week to be used within a 45 day window (subject to availability). As soon as the first day of your reserved week(s) arrives, you may reserve another week -- This allows for the possibility of MANY potential reservations per year (owners have previously enjoyed up to twelve weeks)!
These charming cottages offer many comforts of home, including a fireplace and full kitchen. There is a cleaning fee of $137.99 to be paid at the time of reservation.
