The *Lakeland Village* consists of 47 luxury Cottages and Apartments situated on the banks of the River Leven, the southern outlet of Windermere. It is easily accessible from junction 36 of the M6 and is an ideal location for exploring the southern and western lakes and fells. On the resort is Cascades Health Spa and Leisure Club and also Whitewater Hotel which has a restaurant and bars for you to use. Leisure Club facilities include an indoor swimming pool.
