The resorts are all deeded; your ownership is in perpetuity [forever] and can be passed on from one generation to the next. All VRI ownerships can be used in one or two-bedroom units, depending on the resort you choose to go to. Most of these resorts are rated as Gold Crown or Silver Crown in RCI and Interval International. You may exchange your weeks with Interval International and RCI with membership. Ski at world class venues like Park City, Jackson Hole, and many others. Spend a week on the Southern California Coast or Sun River, Oregon. Laze on the Hawaiian or Mexican beaches.
