This timeshare is a LOCKOUT unit meaning two separate units. Each unit sleeps 4 or a total of 8. In both units are Full Kitchen, Stove, and above Full Microwave, Large Refrigerator) Bedroom with a full bath, Larger unit has a water jet tub King size bed and Queen Sleeper sofa. Smaller unit has a Queen size bed and Queen sleeper sofa. Living/Dinning Room Combination a Washer and Dryer and TV's throughout the units. The smaller unit has a Front entrance (no lake view). The larger unit has a side entrance and a large screened-in porch and entrance with a Lake View .One lockable door between these units. If wanted you can trade these units as two one bedroom units which doubles for trading weeks. This unit has a FIXED week in July every other year in the odd years. Maintenance fees paid on use years.
