Usage is annual in a floating, red season week (Christmas, New Year's Holy Week and Easter weeks are blacked out). Sale includes 1 Registered Week, 2 Celebrate Park Sister Resorts weeks, and 2 weeks at any Sea Garden Resort (only pay the current usage fee when weeks are booked). Sister Resorts currently include The Grand Mayan Resorts, The Mayan Palace Resorts, and Sea Garden Resorts. There is no mandatory maintenance fee, only pay a usage fee when a week is booked. Golf benefits of 2x1 on all existing golf courses at Nuevo Vallarta, Riviera Maya, Los Cabos, Acapulco or Puerto Penasco.
