*RCI Affiliated Resort* Your finely appointed, pool view, 1 bedroom apartment, 1 bath will accommodate 4 guests comfortably. Situated on the 8th floor above any noise and with sweeping views of the ocean and beach. The apartment consists of 1 large bedroom corner suite with king-size bed and with views in two directions overlooking the beach. 1 tastefully finished bathroom. It has a mini kitchen fully equipped with fridge, stove, microwave and sink. The lounge has a large flat screen TV and also looks out to the wonderful view. Balconies run along two sides with outside table and chairs for intimate evening dinning under the stars. Usage is annual with floating Platinum week any time of the year and the RTU contract runs until 2108. Fees are paid for 2018 and 2019 and week is ready to be used.
