*Eagle Crest* features an extensive list of outdoor activities, including an indoor pool and a million-dollar indoor recreation facility that houses tennis and racquetball courts. Built on 1,250 acres, the resort provides opportunities to fish, ride horses, swim, golf on one of three 18-hole golf courses, and practice putting on the 18-hole putting course. Take a walk or jog along the almost seven miles of trails and explore the resort. The resort has nearly two miles of Deschutes River frontage, where you can fish for trout. Mount Bachelor, 38 miles away, offers the finest in downhill skiing. Eagle Crest is nestled along the Deschutes River in the high-desert country of central Oregon. Visitors can enjoy year-round golf and tennis on 1,700 acres. Eagle Crest boasts over 300 days of sunshine each year with an annual rainfall of less than nine inches, this is perfect weather to enjoy more than 11 miles of paved walking and biking trails. Three sports centers provide weights, racquetball, aerobics, and indoor and outdoor pools. Rock climbing, hiking, fishing, and mountain biking are available nearby. Skiing on Mount Bachelor and Hoodoo is less than an hour's drive from the resort.
