•No cooking of any type in any unit per the Town of Yarmouth (except microwave use). Violators are subject to a $30.00 USD fine per occurrence.
•Quiet time is 10:30 PM - 8:00 AM. Please respect the other guests. Excessive noise must cease during this time.
