*RCI Gold Crown Rated, All-Inclusive Resort* Your elegantly appointed 1 bedroom, 2 bath Executive suite accommodates 4 guests comfortably, with annual usage in a floating week. The unit is inside the Hilton Hotel, and all units have beachfront views. Maid service is 3 times per day. The only blackout week is Thanksgiving week (Christmas & New Year's are usable). Right To Use to 2031. Annual fee is $620. You also have access to 2 golf courses. Price is negotiable!
Unit has 2 full baths. Master bedroom has a Jacuzzi, safe box and TV. Living room/kitchen has sofa bed, TV and its own full bath. Very large closets. Maids close the sofa bed and return room to appear as "living room" daily.
If new owner chooses, by paying $99 additional per year, this small fee will allow you to have an extra 2 weeks of usage anytime during the year (total 3 weeks per year). Each of the additional weeks costs only the price of maintenance fee for each additional week, same as price of the yearly fee. $99 is not required if new owner does not wish to obtain extra weeks.
