Licensed Real Estate Agent

A Licensed Real Estate Agent is a salesperson who develops and maintains relationships with new and existing client base. He/she sells the company and its services, ensures client satisfaction and helps develop new business opportunities. The main objective for the Licensed Real Estate Agent is to service the Company by reducing liability while increasing revenue on a daily and monthly basis.

Responsibilities/Duties:

  • Pre-qualify customers. All leads are generated in-house and are opt-in format.
  • Make initial sales calls with clients and follow-up phone calls to prospective customers.
  • Solution selling and education of customers on services offered.
  • Maintain lead tracking database and complete all required data entry of client information.
  • Correspond with customers in a professional manner via email and telephone.
  • Meet weekly and monthly sales quotas/goals.
  • Negotiate between seller and buyer as a Transaction Agent.
  • Facilitate in house inventory sales and meet a monthly quota.
  • Edify the use of other services should the client not qualify.
  • Maintain a high level industry knowledge and pricing.
  • Responsible for servicing the client through the closing and transfer process.
  • Regular and consistent attendance.
  • Any additional duties that may be assigned to meet business needs.

Key Skills/Qualifications:

  • Active Florida Real Estate License
  • Highly motivated, self-starter, positive attitude
  • Strong internet and computer software skills
  • Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and specified holidays
  • Capability to overcome objections
  • Possess exceptional negotiating skills
  • Proven customer service skills
  • Proper note taking abilities
  • Ability to effectively manage time while at work

Account Representative

The Account Representative is responsible for pre-qualifying leads and appropriately dispersing qualified clients to a Licensed Real Estate Agent. The Account Representative will also continue to follow-up with potential clients that are listed in the system. The main goal of the Account Representative is to educate clients on the timeshare market, guide the client to Licensed Real Estate Agent in an effort to find a solution that fits their needs, and provide daily support to the Licensed Agent.

Responsibilities/Duties:

  • Pre-qualifying clients and disperse the client to the appropriate Licensed Real Estate Agent
  • Appropriately manage all leads that enter through the system
  • Book and complete follow-up appointments with prospective clients
  • Maintain lead tracking database
  • Solution selling and education of customers on services offered
  • Assist Licensed Real Estate Agent with day to day responsibilities
  • Meet daily and weekly quotas/goals
  • Regular and consistent attendance
  • Any additional duties that may be assigned to meet business needs

Key Skills/Qualifications:

  • 1 or more years of sales experience
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends and holidays
  • Highly motivated, self-starter
  • Strong internet and computer software skills
