As mentioned, in order to qualify for this promotional offer you would be required to meet certain terms and conditions. These are:

You would need to be; Married Or co-habitant with partner for over 2 years and travel together aged between 30 to 65 years old. If single you should be between the ages of 35 - 60.(must be single rather than travelling without partner).

You would need to have a minimum annual income of US$ 25,000.

You would need to present a valid major credit card upon check-in and offer a refundable no show booking deposit of US$100.

You must be fluent in one of the following languages English, German, French, Mandarin / Cantonese, Italian, Russian or Scandinavian.

The maximum party size is two adults and three children.

(Children means under the age of 18 years old). Surcharges apply for extra beds from 2 adults. 2 single beds may be substituted for a double bed by request.

During your stay you would be obliged by these terms and conditions to attend a QVC resort presentation at which all members of the party should attend. Failure to attend the presentation will result in this offer being null and void and therefore you will be charged the regular rate of stay at the property which is $350 per week for 2 adults.

In addition to the 7 nights complimentary accommodation we will also provide a complimentary airport transfer for arriving guests of QVC during March, April and May 2002 as a special promotion (from Phuket International Airport only).

All other transportation, food, beverages, good and services will be at your own expense. You should provide travel dates at least 45 days in advance when possible although there is late availability and would need to reconfirm your stay by submitting a fully completed Memorandum of Understanding form no less than 7 days prior to your arrival date in order to reconfirm you accommodation booking, failure to do so will result in the cancellation of the reservation, no cancellation charges will be made to you..

The rescheduling of your accommodation is permitted with an administration charge of $35 US.

Group bookings will not be accepted and this special offer may only be booked once per person(s).

You should be aware that this offer is subject to available and therefore you maybe offered alternative accommodation or asked to select additional dates if there is no availability.

We would recommend that adequate travel insurance is taken and any medical advice is followed. QVC accepts no responsible for any loss, damage or injury in the participation of this travel offer.
