Hyatt owners are granted membership to Interval International, allowing them to exchange their timeshare week for one of thousands of resorts each year. This means you don’t have to stay at your home resort, but you can travel to one of the many Hyatt resorts across the world.

You can join Hyatt Residence Club by purchasing a Hyatt timeshare resale. With Hyatt vacation ownership, you are automatically awarded membership in the Hyatt Residence Club. Your yearly maintenance fee includes the cost of your Hyatt membership as well as your Interval International membership. Resale buyers are awarded all the same benefits as those who buy directly from Hyatt—but at a much cheaper price!

Hyatt Residence Club Exchange System

Hyatt Residence Club provides its owners with an easy-to-use exchange system that provides a wide variety of opportunities every year. You have the opportunity to book your home week at any time. Any unused portion of your home week will be turned into Hyatt Residence Club points six months before the start of your week. You may then use those points to book a stay at any Hyatt resort. There is no fee for the first vacation of the year, and you can choose to save your points for a longer stay at a higher-rated resort in a future year.

You can also exchange your resort through Interval International. Your Hyatt Residence Club points can be converted to Interval International points, allowing you the opportunity to experience any of thousands of timeshare resorts worldwide.
