How much will my Vacation Ownership with Marriott Vacation Club cost?
There's no "one size fits all" with a Marriott Vacation Club program. We work with you to tailor your vacation ownership to suit your needs. Weeks range from $7,500 - $65,000. Your price will depend upon many factors - number of weeks owned, villa location, view and season of use. With so many options, it's all up to you!

Will there be any sales pressure to make a quick decision?
We can assure you that your Marriott Vacation Club experience will be completely unlike any typical timeshare presentation you may have come across. Our commitment is to work with you at your pace. Should I buy a new property or a resale?
That's a question for our experts. Every one of our Sales Executives at Marriott Vacation Club Direct has complete knowledge of the system-wide selection, and they're constantly updated with new resort destinations and resale availability. This allows you to find the property perfectly-suited to your vacation needs. Please note: A non-Marriott affiliated resale broker is not able to offer you the Marriott Rewards feature with any resale week, an invaluable option for trading your Marriott Rewards points which may then be redeemed at over 2,300 hotels around the world.

Do I have the opportunity to own "fixed" or "floating" week(s)?
We are so committed to flexibility at Marriott Vacation Club that most owners own "floating" time, a block of weeks within a preferred season. Each resort is unique and if available, you may choose the certainty of a "fixed week". Your home resort is the place for the answers.

What are some ongoing expenses I should budget for?
Your annual maintenance fee provides your assurance that your home resort will be managed to maintain the quality that makes Marriott Vacation Club such a comfortable choice. With deeded ownership, you'll also be responsible for real estate taxes.

Can I use a credit card to pay for my Vacation Ownership week(s)?
Marriott Vacation Club Direct is proud to accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Diners' Club and American Express for your down payment or your entire purchase. Your card issuer may have some restrictions in place so you may wish to make an inquiry in advance.

Once I'm a Marriott Vacation Club owner, will there be someone to explain how to use my week(s)?
Step-by-step assistance is available from Marriott Vacation Club International. Our Owners Services department is available by phone or you can visit our Owner's Clubhouse on our web site. You'll also receive a comprehensive Owner Reference Guide and enjoy access to a state-of-the-art reservation system.

Do I have alternatives if I can't use my Marriott Vacation Club week(s)?
When those hectic years come along, you can always count on your Marriott program to work for you. You can trade your week(s) for Marriott Rewards points OR deposit your week(s) into the Interval International system in anticipation of your well-earned time off. (Week(s) deposited are subject to Interval International regulations.)
