As you can see from this web site, there are many eDiscovery Vacations
available to you. At some destinations, you'll find two or more resorts
in the area. There are also additional Associate Locations that offer
you even more vacation choices.

When You Want To Go And How Long You Want To Stay
Your Use Year
You have a 12-month period to use points allocated to you as an eDiscovery
Vacations member. We refer to this period as your Use Year. The Use
Year Start Date, which is indicated on your membership documents,
was determined by the date that you joined eDiscovery Vacations. You
can use your points for a vacation that starts up until the last day
of your Use Year. Any points not used during this 12-month period will
expire on the Use Year End Date.
Standard
Reservations
A Standard Reservation refers to the typical way you use your points
to reserve a vacation. You may take a standard reservation as far as
10 months before beginning of your requested vacation. During High,
Quiet and Value seasons, you may make reservations on a nightly basis
(minimum of three nights) at most locations or for a full week at any
resort. During Prime season, you may reserve a full week or a vacation
of less than seven nights in some accommodations at select resort locations.
Express
Reservations
When you need to reserve a vacation of less than seven nights in most
Prime season accommodations, you may make your request during the Express
Reservation period, which begins 60 days before the beginning of your
vacation.
